Not only did you question post last night, you picked a Best Answer for it. But here is the same answer I gave last night:
I remember that my parents had them. They had mood rings right around the time they had CB radios in their cars. Those were two other cool fads from the 70s.

Yes, I had several of them, I had the one with the big round face on the front, I had the one with the mood ring that went all the way around the ring like an eternity ring, and I had a few of them that looked like other things like butterflies and such. I just loved them, they were just so much fun and they could always get a conversation going.
