These are just slang terms. Example when you are having sexual intercourse and you feel the orgasm coming and you get excited and anounce that you are coming (ot it's coming) because you feel it coming.

It is a slang term derived from the word come or coming.
When you ejaculate, your sperm COMES out, get it? This term was then later also used to indicate a female orgasm as well.
Can you imagine some one saying, "I am orgasmating"?
It just doesn't have the erotic flair to it that, "I am c u mming", has!
