I am suppose to answer this true or false and I say it is false. Pyramids and prisms are totally different from each other structure wise. Right?

Right, it's false. The volume of a pyramid would only be 1/3 of the volums of a right prism with same base and height, since the pyramid is pointy on top and won't hold as much.
