What I've done to spare my husband the misery of choosing me a present that I don't want is to go through a catalogue (current Boots at the moment), and to highlight what i want and to fold down the corner of page so he can easily find it. I may also ask for vouchers so I've got something to spend after the sales. It's not as though the presents he gets me aren't nice, it's just that I can tell him all year round what I want, but what I get is totally different.

Hi. I'm a guy. I was peeking in to see what ladies would like because I have such a time buying for my wife. I can name you a drawer in the house with the present I bought each of the past six Christmas'. She doesn't use the stuff I buy.

That said... I really gets to me that some of you say, "Nothing." Even if your really, really want nothing... don't say that. It isn't fair. Give us at least one thing you need or will use. One thing; is that too much to ask? If you are afraid we will ge the wrong item, cut a picture of "it" from a catalog and hand it to us... we can picture shop. Don't be afraid to tell us in detail what and which store to go to. We can follow directions even if we don't ask for them. The old "Nothing" means we are gonna get "something" and it will end up in a drawer and next year we'll be looking at it and saying, "Why do I bother? She never appreciates what I get her."

Okay, thanks for listening... back to your wishes.

g-day!

the best thing is a get away, no material object amounts to spending quality time with your man in a location of your choice. I know that can be pricey but I think it helps build on the relationship and you get to have moments together, which is really romantic...if you are looking for a materialistic answer, go for the basic digital camera, electronic boring stuff lol...jewelry, clothes, a new phone, pots and pans for the kitchen, etc...

Hey if you've been together for a while and want to be together foorever ..a engagement ring would be wonderful. But if your not ready for that then you can just ask for an american express gift card or jewlery like a promise ring or gift cards to your favorite stores! Whatever he gets you im sur it will be nice...considering last years gift!

A brake job for my car...seriously. Then, anything that has to do with penguins, the serving platter that would match our plates, or maybe a new peppermill. And maybe a new sweatshirt from my alma mater. We're not that extravagant, trying to save money and all.

A new big comfy chair which supports my back when I am sat at my computer - either that or some jewellery with pink sapphires in.

Wow, it seems like a lot of people just want a vacation! I don't know what I want. I guess jewelry or clothes...anything that makes me feel pretty :)

I'd love a vacation.
Do not need gifts ...

but you could ask for Jewelry, purses, clothes...
must be something you crave for.
