Fastest breeding and most prolific breeding are too different things. One of the slowest is the elephant as it takes many, many months for the fetus to mature enough to be born. Also, this would be one of the lowest prolific as they bear one or maybe two at a time.

I'm guessing, as you mention creatures we could include fish and fish are possible to produce many, many thousands of offspring per cycle. Spiders may also be one of the most prolific creatures but not the fastest.

Possibly what fits both categories of fastest and most prolific would be the cockroach.

haha but when you believe in evolution you will understand that everything was evolved ever since. But GOD is all might and can do anything above ours and mine imagination. Besides makes sense the flooding when people find little seahorse up in a mountain lake all over the place you can find shells ever altitude so when it has flood like the bible sas it was like that period
