Something that I feel is out of order is when people respond to a question with "I don't know, but thanks for the 2 points." (or similar such quips)
As a general rule I don't look at questions that have had a few answers because I assume they've got it. But I looked at one today, that had about eleven responses that were not even attempting to answer the question.
But you always will get folk like this, and I don't know how best to deal with it. If you allowed the community to vote off useless responses that would be misused too. I suppose, like in offline life, you have to do your best to ignore such people and not let it get under your skin. But sometimes it's hard.

Not really. It makes no seance what so ever. Besides you have not given us a copy of your Community guidelines to read so nobody answering the question would know what is in them.

Does it really matter anymore..people are writing whatever they want to and that's just the way it seems to be going...i wrote the word a-- the other day and got booted...BUT someone threatens to kill the whole human race and he is left on...( we all know who he is) i might just give this silly sight up all together and go back to reading a Good book!!!

It does for two reasons:
If your question DOESN'T meet CG, you intentionally are provoking people and the warning means nothing
If your questions DOES meet CG, the annoying reminder starts to grate, as you are following rules

seriously annoying not, because that is what the report button in provided for & you dont have to ranswer the question, it is your choice.
