I was pulling in my driveway and he hit my bumper and pretty much destroyed it and I had a ambulance ride to the car and the police are looking for his behind and his wife is not answering the door so I'm stuck with a broken arm and leg and my whole car is mostly destroyed. What should I do.

just call your insurance company, they will take care of it. you sure had a lot of damage from what sounds to be a low speed collision. i was t boned at a high speed and only broke a finger!
