My husband and I want matching tattoos and I'm having a hard time finding something we both like. We were going to get the chinese symbol for love on our wrists but that seems played out. I know a lot of people think this is a bad idea but neither of us believe in divorce and if for some reason we ended up not together years to come we still have a child in heaven together and we'll always have love for each other. Anyone have any ideas?

we already have tattoos for our son i just wanted something for us we're both into tattoos he has 5 i have 8 and like i said if something happened where i was "stuck" with it i wouldn't mind there will always be some kind of love there

If you are set on getting matched tattoos get something that has to do with your child. Do not get each other's names. It doesn't matter if you believe in divorce or not or if you truly believe you'll be together forever. You never know what's going to happen. At least if it involves your child it will always mean something.

Since neither one of you believe in divorce, I guess hyou wont be getting one. Maybe getting tattoos of your wedding day. Maybe the wedding date over your hearts or something like that. I wouldn't do names because that is too cliche.

My husband and I were going to get tattoos together...something to do with our daughter. If you have a kid that would be cool to do something like that.

Rambling question, aside, what better way to prove your love for each other than to endure the slings and arrows (or needle pricks) of outrageous fortune (or spending said fortune on tattoos)? I think I came up with a great new ad campaign slogan: "Got love? Get tattoo!" Works for me!
