You see, here's how it went:
I was walking down the street, where I came across an old man who was with this dieing dog as it had been struck by a car.
No one in the neighborhood wanted to help, as it was only the old man on the street with the dog. The old man did not know English, but coincidentally was Vietnamese just as I am. I know a bit, but it was just enough for me to communicate with him.
The old man did not have a phone in his home, nor did i have a cel phone to call for help. The neighborhood had shut its door & did not want to help.
My house was a few blocks away, which I could of ran to call 4 help, but the dog was severely dieing and needed company.
Should I have left? Or stayed?
If I had left, the dog could die. If I stayed, I could of got help.
The dog was in bad condition, the old man said that he has been with this dog for quite some time on the street when he found it, and no one bothered to help.
