My dad moans at everythin i do even though he aint been in my life for the past 8 years. he moans that i wear low cut tops, he moaned when i dated his 30 yr old cousin he moaned cause he found out i had given a few hand jobs to guys and he moans that i wear "too much" make-up...i don't dress slutty i just wear trackie bottoms and stuff. is it that bad?

maybe he's moaning because you dated someone who's old enough to be your father.
maybe he's moaning because you're heading in a wrong direction, that wil probably make only more men old enough to be your father attracted to you.
maybe he's moaning because he doesn't want you to screw up your life.
maybe he's moaning because you're acting foolish and as being your father, and having part of his DNA be part of you he has every right to.

15 dating a 30 yr old? I would do more than moan if my daughter did that! And quite possibly introduce the 30 yr olds rear to the end of my pointed boot.
Any parent would gripe about a minor dating an adult. Society doesnt look upon that very well either.
Your dress and appearance tho should not give reason for your father to give you this much misery since you dont "dress slutty". Keep in mind your father comes from a different era, in those days 15 yr olds didnt dress like they do today. It is something he is not accustomed to and probably wont ever be. But you cannot let that get in your way of being yourself! :)
I think perhaps your "hand job" activities should be a bit more descreete. Again 15 yr olds doing adult sexual activities is not socially acceptable. Quit copy-catting the tv shows and movies cuz thats all they are...not reality. And when your activities goes byond the hand jobs and it becomes "its time" and out comes the innocent, that is when reality will slap you in the face hard and you can kiss your youth goodbye and become an adult with a crash course job.

Your father cares about you. You should be thankful for that and forgive him for not being around for 8yrs. Someday, (whether you agree right now or not) you are going to DO THE SAME with your own children. My father is no more now, and believe me . I'd give anything to have him back. I'd rather have a dad who moans than not have one at all. Try to see his view and affection behind what he says, it may help. He's seen much more than you and hence speaks out of experience.

Maybe he moans because it sounds like you're life is on a path that can only lead to grief. ON the other hand, maybe if he wanted you to have some self respect he'd have been around.
