I need a decent printer for less than £40 - any suggestions?

I need a printer that can at the very least print black and white and color. It needs to be simple to set up and use and print at a reasonable rate and most importantly be reliable. Also must have usb connection not serial as it's for use with a laptop. Photo printing would be great but I can live without it.

I should possibly add here that I live in the UK so i'm only interested in items from here not the US.

There is a B&W laser (no color) that often goes on sale at the big electronics places for under $80. Quality is great, speed is awesome, and footprint is compact. It is the Brother 5140 series of personal laser printers. At the end of each calendar year they seem to come out with a new series and then sell off the older models dirt cheap around Thanksgiving Day sales time.
