Liliana Isobel (sorry, I don't like the y in the middle, to me it looks odd) But I love the name, just not the spelling.
Isabella Sophia - Lovely
Lana Isobel - Nice, but prefer Lana as a nickname.
Sorry, I don't like Dylan, but I love your other names.
Suggestions:
Instead of Dylan: Dahlia/Dalia or Daisy?
Instead of Lana: Alana, Lina, Leila, Leilani, Lola, Lila, Milana (means gracious)?
Good luck.
The one thing I like about Lana over Liliana and Isabella, is it is not as popular. I have met children named Isabella and Liliana, but no Lana's.

Lilyana Isabelle is really cute, but I honestly prefer the spelling Lilliana. It looks very feminine and adds a pretty touch.
Lilyana Sophia, same as above. Lilliana Sophia looks better in my opinion.
Isabella Sophia is a really pretty name.
Lana Isabelle is sweet sounding. I've never met a Lana before.
Dylann Sophia - Eh, this is okay.

The feminine form of Dylan is actually Dylana, which is lovely. Can't say I care for "Dylann" -- or any other feminized misspelling -- even a fraction as much. If the feminine version doesn't appeal, however, and you simply want the masculine name Dylan, spell it Dylan.
Of the others, Lana is fine, but doesn't really excite me, personally. Isabella -- especially in combination with Sophia! -- is too common and overused for my taste. And you've misspelled Liliana (unless you happen to be Bulgarian, in which case I apologize). ;)
Dylana really seems the best choice overall, basically combing a masculine name you obviously like (Dylan) with the overtly-feminine sound of another of your choices (Liliana). Seems win-win to me. ;) Good luck!

Two names are too much if you're using these kinds of names.
Sophie is cuter, I think, than Sophia.
Lillian is cute, but Lilyana is too hard to spell.
Any names that suggest a boy just aren't right.
Have mercy on your child---keep it simple, and easy for her and others to spell. The more ordinary her name is, the more people will like her.

I like Isabella Sophia best followed by Lana Isabellae. I don't like Dylann at all for a girl no matter how you spell it. I like Liliana but with this spelling. I don't like random Ys in names. If it was Liliana it would be my first choice.
What about Eliana ? (ell-ee-ah-nuh, like liliana but with and el instead of a lil.)
