Do you mean p>q/3?
So 3p>q
If so let q = 2 and p =3
Then 3*3>2 as required
But 2+3 not divisible by 12, so premise is wrong

Prhaps you meant p>3q
Let q = 2
Then p=7
7>2*3, But 2+7 not divisible by 12, so premise wrong.

I don't know what you mean.
