President Bush can speak English and Spanish. How many languages can your president speak?

Bush HAS to be the first functionally illiterate President of the United States. He cant speak, read or write English. The man is an absolute buffoon. Bush being President would be the most hilarious event in history if it didn't have such horrible consequences.
