I think the smart, and fast answer to that particular question Is, you would turn to yourself. If you have that problem, and you actually turn to this format looking for answers?, I think it means you are more than half way there to the answer the fact that you are admitting you feel you may be guilty of "Attitude Problem".

One train of thought, is that you should turn to your Parents -as they brought you up and should be able to straighten you out! But.. that theory is shot to pieces once you start your schooling years! There are so many people coming into and leaving your life. At school, you are rarely on your own for long -unless its detention!

More than likely, your closest friend, if he (or she) is the person you confide in when you've a big problem. He/she should know what your moods are like (and personality) and can have a pretty good idea of what's at the root of your "Attitude problem" and what you can do to put yourself at rights with your little world.

We all have problems, a lot of them are self inflicted, (negative attitudes etc) and are not fixed if we don't sometimes listen to a wise persons advice -someone you know you can Trust.

If you have an attitude problem.. good luck, and listen to good advice when its offered.

Nobody can fix you accept for yourself. So if this is a real problem that you have, you just need to begin to work at it.

Start slowly. Do not expect miraculous results in a matter of moments. But over time with practice, results will be evident to the people around you.

Good luck.

I'd ask whoever told me it exactly what it is that I was doing wrong and then ask other people if they, honestly, felt the same. If no-one agrees, then it may just be this person looking too much into your actions, If others agree listen to what they are saying and take it into account next time you do that thing. It may be that you are stubborn or genuinely think you are right about something - I'm the same! If I think something's right then I will stick to guns and damn well not budge. After all, if i think it's right then why shouldn't it be?

if i had this problem i would ask others if they thought i had and what problem they think it is then i would look inward and fix it but some do say being happy is a attitude problem, or optimistic

I would turn to myself, think about my actions, and maybe ask some of my friends, GOOD FRIENDS, to be honest with me and let me know what they think as well.

You can only fix you, but you may need help, so I'd suggest counselling
