Before answering, I've tried to do some search, and didn't found anything. I don't mean just on people here, I was looking for some trace, something that they left to mankind, and didn't found any.
Captain A is right about mother Theresa, Skenderbeg is controversy because there are many claims that he was Serbian. The story about Montenegro is ridiculous.
Anyway, wikipedia's list of history individuals is very poor, and lacks with significant contributors in almost every field.
As ragzeus said: "still a long way to go", but let's hope for more results.

First, Albanians are the only people in Europe that have unique Language and is older then Latin- and origin from Yliricum-Peladgians rootsread it, they have absolute nothing with Slavic or Greeks as for Greeks they vanished Arvanitas-albanians in greek which were mainly inherited habitant Greeks are more Russian Slavic blooded and Slavic appear in Balkan after 7th century . The modern Greec is from Aravanit the old Albanian decedents in Greece, and should thank you to German supported you by King of Bavaria OTTO- Read history and tyet we don t have to lie to ourselves now we have DNA - to prove and I can assure you that we more European that most EU countries. Albanian are 10 mil, and they have Identity to be proud of and 2nd comers religion- befpre Turks occupied greater Albania were majority Roman catholic and Byzantine Orthotics NOW MAJORITY ARE MUSLIMS, CATHOLICS AND ORTHODOCS,
second, is good to put down a references as well when you make an argument, at least we can prove to readers. for some people don t know is ok to read, for those want to know what did happen in Balkan go back and read Russian war against Ottoman empire than you now what happen with people s fortune in Balkan, clash of culture, religion, change of Identity by Slavic, Turks and so on. Yet again Albanians are Older people in Europe and one can imagine How big contribution was that, for more I can put many famous Albanian people not just Europe but worldwide- you will be surprised for those that are cinik thinker and saying something with no sense at all.

Pretty racist and inaccurate question 1)Greeks are not descentants of Slavs,Albanians,Turks. Makedonians are Greeks, the so called Makedonians from Fyrom a)didnt exist as a nation before some decades b)never were a rulers in the area just like Bulgarians or Turks c)they are Slavs 2)Greeks managed after so many thousands of years to keep their culture ,their language, their customs, their art, even if they were under occupation/ruled by other nations. If you consider Greeks as a mix of Slavs Turks and Albanians, then the same goes for Albanians,Slavs and Turks as well, dont you think? 3)Of course the contribution of the anceint Greeks is not the same with the modern.Thats a fact and its undisputable . Though todays,or more recent Greeks have contributed in the wrold First and foremost (for me) is Georgios Papanikolaou. He diagnosed the Pap test or smear test, which prevents the cervical cancer Mixalis Andronikos who excavate Vergina and found the Great finding of Macedonia,Greek. Dimitri Nanopoulos a great scientist. You can find everything about his work if you just google it. Odysseas Elitis/Konstantinos Kavafis: Nobelists in poetry Maria Callas: considered the best Soprano ever Manos Hatzidakis/Mikis Theodorakis/Yannis(yack,dont like it): Their melodies are world known. Elias Kazan (3 time Oscar winner) El Greco:famous painter of the times of reinesance Nikos Kazantazakis:famous writer with his writing being translated in many languages and also adopted in films. Thats some of them.... PrincessDuala, made a good point, too

The Albanians do hold some social-economic positions in Europe, owing to their tribal social structure, as they help each other along strict social rules which are practically inpenetrable. For example, they control the security business (doormen, housekeepers, etc.) and such things.

Albanians are important providers of heroin to the children in Europe. They also provide Europe with prostitutes. Europeans, as much as they may not appear, enjoy that.

Perhaps the Egyptian pharaons were in fact Albanians? Croats are Albanians too?

Except for a few-such as Mother Teresa and Skanderberg (the man, not the Waffen SS division)-I am not aware of any contribution.

Wow...that is really a hard question. I don't know of any contributions of Albanian people to Europe. If anybody knows of any, please let me know. Oh, by the way, in Greece an Albanian once stole by cousin's brand new television set at knife-point...before he could even get it out of the car!!

Till this day none. I can only think of Ismael kantere and very few intellectuals who fight to bring some progress to the Albanians! Still a long way to go!
As for the unhistorical answer by a another user
Skanderbeg original name was Georgios Kastriotis, he wrote in Greece and spoke Greek and he was Christian not like the modern Albanians who are Muslims.
Pyrus is one of the most famous ancient Greek generals, he was Epirotan (pure Greeks) not Albanian! Albanians appeared in the 14th century AD. They did not exist in antiquate!
Ali Pasha tried to form his own independent kingdom and he did not participate in the Greek revolution!!!! ( the spark!!! What a ridiculous claim!!!)
The Greeks used him for a diversion for the ottoman forces!!! His Albanians betrayed him and surrender him to the Ottoman forces! (Albanian were always loyal subject to the Turks. They were called Turk-Albanians)
Alexander was of course Greek!!! It is the first time a listen to such a ridiculous claim that he was Albanian!!!!!!! Jesus!!! No need even to answer!!

I don't think that there is any contribution of Albania in Europe.

I will say something very bad, and i am sorry for this, but they are like parasites.

You make a good to them and not only they don't thank you but they hate you.

And it's a pity that they don't try to make any progress in order to change a little bit.

They do more damage than good in Europe.

OK there are some exceptions but they are few.

None, unfortunately. No matter how hard you try, and want to give them the benefit of a doubt, there's nothing you can find - nothing positive, of course.
But the negative contributions are plenty: from drug and human trafficking to weapons and dangerous materials smuggling - and in the process they'll stop at nothing; not even manipulation of their own children. Sad but true.
