On my college application it asks "If you plan to pursue a preprofessional program, please specify which one." I'm not 100% sure but I think I might want to do pre-law.

Is this binding? If i'm admitted and attend this university, do I have to pursue a pre-law program because I said so in my application?

Almost nothing you say on your application is binding; students change their minds about what they want to study all the time. You won't have to do it just because you said you did on your application.
