yep.. i agree with u down there.. i dont believe Phillies fans really care about there team aside from those silly guys in the bleachers that dress up based on who's pitching for them.. like the "duckpond' 'wolfpack' etc.

That easy St.Louis Cardinals even when they are not in the playoff chase or have losing seasons they still sell out of there games. Just ask the Rams or the Blues Fans.

That's a hard question. I think all cities have fans that support their team through thick & thin. It's easy to pick on a team like KC & Pittsburgh, because they haven't won in so long, but your loyalists still come to games & follow thier team. When a team is winning, the virus attacks the city and everyone is a baseball fan, look what has happened in Colorado the past month, people are going nuts. Fans have very little control over what ownership does. Owners of losing teams want to see people come to the game no matter what, but face it, besides Cubs fans, how many teams sell out their stadium when they have a bad team?? The good thing is that baseball attendance is at an all time high & it seems as though competitive balance is gradually coming back to the game. 15 different teams in the playoffs in the past 2 years is pretty good. As long a city feels like their team can compete you will get more of the fair weather fans out & you will always have your loyalists.

boston
chicago, but only the cubs (i think alot of white sox fans are bandwagoners)
st louis
new york mets, the yankees too. but i think mets fans are better fans.
thats probably the top 4.
im suprised to see anyone putting philly on this list. i went to a sox game down there last season and was talking to a philly season ticket holder who was sitting next to me during the game. he said with the exception of big teams coming to town that citizens bank park was almost always less than half full.
LA could go on here because of the dodgers, but teams that have moved from other places loose points in my book.
i think cleveland has good fans, as well as detroit. the twins are up there too, and probably atlanta.

Well, first of all I have always believed that the home town fans believe that thier team is the best going into every season. But I guess like the teams with the best fans, or whatever your asking are
Yankees
Red Sox
Dodgers
Cubs
Angels
If your teams good why not root for them. So teams like Tampa Bay, or Kansas City, or like the Reds their fans are gonna root for better teams. But something that always amazes me living in NH I always get to hear and see Red Sox games and whereever they go the freaking have fans! I dont get it!

Cleveland has devoted fans but alot of fans have jumped on the band wagon over the last 5 years or so. I dont remember seeing them at Municipal Stadium when the tribe was losing 90+ games every year. There was only a hand full of us in the stands but i still have great memories from those awful years
GO TRIBE!!

How about Kansas City... every Royals home game I went to this year drew at least 20,000 fans. Kansas City fans realized this year that with Dayton Moore in the front office that things are going to start to turn around for our beloved Royals. And they came out to support their losing team as always.
