my friends ipod is frozzen. AND I MEAN FROZEN!! i've charged for about a whole day and NOTHING. the hold button isnt on. and i've tried pressing buttons and nothing the screen is all black and nothing will pop up. i think it stopped working about a couple months ago too...is there anything that you know that might help mee...pleaaseeeee tell me!!! i really need your hellp.

It sounds like the display is broken if nothing is showing up on the screen. If it's been this way for months, you probably can't do anything about it except replace it.

This has happened to me many times, I can't remember which one it is but you have to press and hold the center button and the menu key or either the play button and the center key until an apple symbol comes up (8-12 seconds, or some where in there) and then let go. If that doesn't work then you should be able to send it back to apple for free if they have a warranty.

Ok...what you have to do is hold down the OK button in the center. It May take a very long time. I did it for about 45 minutes. eventually it will work, and then your IPod will work fine

1. Hold down the Menu and Center button down until works

reset! switch hold back and forth a few times leaving it on white(unlock) hold dowen menu and ok for a few seconds apple log will appear and then it will turn itself on

Wait until the battery dies, then recharge it. It should work again.
