I think they need more help in the double-speak part of it. The haven't actually banned torture, they just REDEFINED it.
And it's not working.

Two units of morphine, six feet of barb wire, one foot of half inch rubber hose, KY jelly, a platform in a small room, an iron ring set into the floor of the room and rattle snakes.

You administer the morphine. When the subject goes to sleep you coat the rubber hose with the KY. Insert the rubber hose in the rectum of the subject. Insert the barb wire through the hose. Remove the hose. attach the barb wire to the iron ring seven feet from the platform. As the subject starts to wake you add one snake at a time as you ask questions.

He will answer or face one of two ends.
1) be bitten by the snakes.
2) rip his guts out by trying to reach the platform.

Hmmmmm:

"Secret Camps" in other nations. The CIA can legally work with officials in other nations to extract information from people, but, cannot participate in torture themselves.

They can, however, make suggestions and study methods of torture.

Your question and responses are based entirely on propaganda and a lack of education.

Boy talk about being fix on torture.

I know look up the beheading viedos, the burnt bodies being drag through the streets, and 9/11 viedos of people jumping out of the WTC rather than face being burnup alive.

Than think to yourself how far would you have gone to save all those lives?

You forget we are at war and war is ugly.
We can either win it or lose it. Frankly I don't want to convert to Islam do you?

Yes they should, My god we are at war with terror and any method we use is because we need that information so we can stop the bad guys.

My suggestion is to cut their penis slowly until they start singing like a bird.
