I think all other issues pale in comparison with the mind shift predicted. We are using about five percent of our mental powers at present. That's a pretty low efficiency rate. The problem is not abstractions, but people. The conscious mind runs at five bytes per second and the rest of the mind at five megabytes. Do you have any idea what people can do with that kind of mind power? Every science is busting out all over, heralding a revolutionary total change to society virtually to the root. You flow with the universe or succumb. From the trends I've seen, I'm hopeful for the power of the Indian people to give the world a run for it's money when they get the simple technology to make almost geniuses of everyone. I would say the answers are in interdisciplinary studies, technology, personal satisfaction, fulfilment and answering question like this. Maybe some good old fashioned Western greed might not hurt and empowering people to use their talents. Better cheaper better communication, including Internet, realistic education and, yes, developing out spiritual side at the same time, with intuition and Emotional Intelligence. Relationships, like with China, and between ideas and people, a common dream and vision. Also keeping up with information doubling every three and a half years and predicted every seventy two hours within the next forty years. There's some of the value and power of communication and creativity. It starts in the mind and answering question such as this. People on the same page are an awesome power. The Westdoesn't fully recognize what it has started by introducing Emotional Intelligence into business. That's virtually of what spirituality is made, esprit de corps, brotherly love, flow, easy world.

Globalization is neither good nor bad. But for the meritorious people of India who are suffering from vote bank politics and are hit by quota system in education and employment globalization is a blessing. They will get what they are due at least on foreign lands. In foreign lands only merit counts and not the caste.
