Pretty much anything by Yu Watase. Ayashi no Ceres was a nice love story. She has other works out there that all pretty much have to do with love. Very touching! :)

Fushigi Yuugi, Koko wa Greemwood, Boys Be, Ayashi no Ceres, Marmalade Boy, Suikoden and Saint Tail are but a very few of them

one of the most recent animes i now is kamichama karin. the first season verly finished in japan. I would highly recomend it, it has action,love, and tons of other intresting things.

there are lots of animes with them the best ones i have seen are rumbling hearts, crescent love, and basilisk. crescent love being the better though.

It would help if you were a little more specific with what you want because there are literally hundreds of romance anime out there.
Just look around here: http://romanceanime.com/ for some information on them, and if you want recommendations give some more details (comdey? harem (one guy, many choice of girls)?, reverse-harem (one girl, many choice of guys)?, one girl and one guy? setting? etc...)
