It bugs me when they write "your" instead of "you're" but there's no difference in the spoken forms of "your" and "you're" so that doesn't bug me.

So many people write "your" instead of "you're" that I got exhausted being annoyed.
Now I just ignore it.
I'll live longer that way.

YES!!!! For example, "Your really going to annoy me if you don't clean up you're mess." For goodness sakes...IT IS YOU ARE, so it is a contraction and contractions need an apostrophe. "You're really going to annoy me if you don't clean up your mess." Are people really so stupid that they can't even spell simple words like that correctly? Sorry, you caught one of my pet peeves, so I had to go on and on about it. I teach 3rd grade and I make sure they know how to spell before they leave my class!!!

About like saying "there" instead of "they're". As long as you get the meaning, who really cares? There are other things to worry about besides that.

not really most of the time i say your, its just the way Ive been taught to spell it in school. And there is a difference between Their and They're
Example..
Its their shirt.
They're coming.
See?
Their coming
They're shirt
doesn't make sense does it?

Then you are annoyed very easily, since there is absolutely no difference in pronunciation between the two words!
