please help me how to write a letter of resignation, i want to resign , coz i cannot do my duty any more , thanks for the help , can u make the letter like a professional one, please

All you need is a brief explenatin as to why you can't perform your job.

The date you intend to be your last.

And if you plan to rehire in the future.

This does not have to be fancy. Just a couple of sentences indicating that effective on a certain date, you will no longer be working for them. You don't need to give them any explanation why you are doing this.

"Effective (date, two weeks out) {date} I resign my position as {title} with {company}. I appreciate the opportunities the job has given me." and sign it.
