Do underdone leftovers go right with turnovers - what's your position on this?

I tend to flip flop on this question. I haved turned it over in my mind many times. I made a decision once, but then overturned it. I tried doing it it once, but it did not turn out well. That doesn't mean I should turn tail and run. In fact, I may return to that strategy at the next meal. I don't think it would be a strange turn of events if it turned out fine the next time. Maybe by the turn of the next century, I will finally have an answer.
