Your computer is infected with rogue antispyware program
1.Download the spyware removal tool from http://www.sff.notlong.com
2. Unzip the folder called Smitfraud.zip and run a file called smitfraudfix.cmd in the folder.
3.Follow the menu screen options and select option 1,2,Q
4.restart your computer once

Delete cookies / temporary internet files/ history then try going to Microsoft.com and use the one care safety scanner ..try it it cant hurt

to unlock your registry open notepad, copy and paste the command as below:

REG DELETE HKCU\SOFTWARE\MICROSOFT\WINDOWS\CURRENTVERSION\POLICIES\SYSTEM\ /v DisableRegistryTools /f
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
save it as any.bat
