I live in Ohio and the forecast for today is 90 degrees. Real feel 99, in October. In all of my life I have never seen it this hot at this time of the year.

Jcalbi, That's right. Closed our pool the middle of last month. Now that sucks!!

You can always come visit me in Florida where it has been raining every day for 2 weeks. It makes it awfully difficult for me to get my boys get the lawns and pest control done on time!
Usually October is nice and dry. Not this year!

Yeah, it's the same here. I live in the SoCal desert, which, of course, will be hot. Duh. But all thru September, we were about 10 degrees over normal. For us down here it meant 110-113F thru the month. Both our 2-ton AC's were running nonstop during daylight hours, with the thermostats set at 82deg. Even at night, the poor machines barely got a break! It's so fun having to dish out all kinds of $ for the electricity...

Same here in PA! We drove down to the Jersey shore last week and I was able to actually swim in October. That never happened before! lol

I am in texas and we are gettin all this hurrican season weather so we are dreading it considering we have had it pretty bad down here last couple of years.

Seriously! Here in CT it has been unseasonably warm and humid.. ick! Talk about bad hair days!! :) My dogs are miserable. I am ready for the fall weather!!!!
