Have tried cleaning nozzles, refilled the cartridges have tried almost everything!! please help me!

I have never had good luck with refilled cartridges. Buy a new color cartidge.

I don't know if this will help you but once a I called with one that wasn't printing one color & they told me to wet a paper towel with warm water, squeeze it almost dry then sit the bottom of the ink cartridge on the paper towel where the ink comes out. The hot moisture should loosen up anything that may be dried out in there & not letting the color print. If that doesn't work you may just need to buy a new ink cartridge. Maybe the one you're using has a defective nozzle on it. Hope you're able to get it going again. Good luck with it.

When you refilled the cartridges are you sure you put in color and not just black?

your color ink cartridge may be out of ink. or maybe when u push print look through the settings and make sure that you settings are on color. Hope this helps you.
