The out come, the others lead up to it. Good intentions mean nothing until acted upon, But actions also mean nothing, unless the outcome is there.

depends on the thing...if you did something wrong to a person, yet you didn't intend it to turn out the way it did...the outcome may still be a wrong you initiated....
if you intended to help someone, but the action didn't quite get the outcome intended...it was still a nice thing...
does that make any sense?
