is it easier to make websites with dreamweaver or photoshop?

i know that you can make a complete website by only using photoshop or dreamweaver...but what in your opinion is easier and why?

First photoshop is for images not web design. Although it wont code for you it will help you make graphics but your going to have to know how to code.

If you have been coding web sites and have a good understanding of html, css and maybe php. you will only need a paint program to make graphics, one of the begginer programs are PSP 8 but i would suggest photoshop its actually easier.

If you dont know how to code. Go for dreamweaver as it takes years to learn how to code and dreamweaver can shorten that down to months.

So paintshop for a previouse coder and dreamweaver if your beggining.

I have both programs and i have been coding web sites for 5 years and i personally dont like dreamweaver but if want to makle web sites right away go with dreamweaver instead of taking 1-3 years learning how to code well.

Photoshop is a graphics editor, not an html editor.
You can manipulate the graphics for your site with it.
but you don't create a site with it.

Dreamweaver is an html editor that supports flash and dhtml.

There is a bit of a learning curve involved, but I suggest you try Expressions Web. This is the latest version of FrontPage.
It is easier to use and supports both flash and dhtml, as well as native CSS.

Dreamwaver is easier tool to make a website and build specially for website development, but Photoshop is graphic tool, but only helpful to make a site.
