I know brains cant really choke but in a sense mine did i just couldnt think abosoutely couldnt think.Anyone else had this problem?And how did you overcome it?

The only reason a brain would "choke" is when there is an interruption in the flow of oxygen and/or blood to the brain. An occasional incident of not being able to think may be a sign of a lack of vitamins, poor diet, or some sort off distraction. Vitamin supplements can help you with that.

I guess I have mental blocks sometimes. Once, years ago I stood at McDonalds at breakfast time when I had a hard week at work and I just couldn't get the word sausage muffin in to my head, the girl must've thought I was pretty stoopid, it took me 4 or 5 minutes... as for you I am not surprised your brain is on overload with all the things you are questioning lately!!! No offence....:)

We call it a Brain Cramp.
Your mind goes blank, and you can't
think of anything.
I make myself try to recall what I was
thinking about.
It doesn't last long,
in my case, or happen often.
