Every three years I have a continuation of this dream - but I can't remember it?

Question

Is it coincidental or just weird? Everytime I have the dream, it adds on like another part to the dream.

I rarely dream now though and if I do - I can never remember it. Maybe flashbacks of an image in my dream but thats it.
One more year I think and I'll have that dream that continues every 3 years. Kinda strange.

*i remember this dream because this was before i started forgetting my dreams. But eventually I started to forget what this dream was about.

You just need to remember that dreams are the minds way of sorting out and filing information you've accumulated during the day.
It is common, I also have them. I remember them too.
A recurring dream happens when you're mind has trouble filing the info for one reason or another. Usually has to do with a traumatic experience and your mind doesn't know how to deal with it. Just an example, but this is not it.
It's information that you've come across before that you are now re-filing in a different area or are adding info to.
My continueing dream is me as Indiana Jones and new escapades come along everyonce in a while. I attribute those dreams to my constant traveling.

You can usually only remember dreams when you wake up right afterwards. Keep a pad &pen by the bed & write it down right away. I have recurring dreams of places I've never been & people I've never met. I've started writing them down to see if I can make any sense of them during waking hours.

Try writing imediately after you wake up.... even if you can't remember the dream....

in time your dreams might come out in your writings and then you will be able to see what is going on...
