at the dealer or maybe on e-bay. I got a hubcap from Ebay a few months ago (I hate going to dealers!)

In the back window or on trunk lid!seriously,check you owners manual,it should tell you the bulb # to use,and armed with this # go to advance,pep boys,or any auto parts store,and get the bulb,They may even be able to change it for you.

Any auto parts store like NAPA or AutoZone. Much less expensive than at the dealership.

the dealer will be able to help you but be prepared to open your wallet wide... Lexus parts aren't cheap!

I strongly suggest EBAY...I have had excellent luck there.
