It's really not worth it to perform this swap on your car. The horsepower gains are minimal as that Eaton 3800 supercharger you are referring to is only set to boost around 8psi. Yes, it is somewhat possible to do this installation, but really not worth your money. You're only looking at a 60 hp gain at the cost of around 7000 dollars. You will need to completely remove the engine and change out the crankshaft and pistons to forged material. The stock crank and pistons simply will not be able to handle the boost. After that, you'll need to install the superchager (this is not easy at all). Once you've got all that hooked up, you'll need to totally change out the wiring harness, the intake manifold, possibly the Cam, you'll need a new ECU and a new transmission since your old trans will blow it's main seal because of the extra HP.
You're better off selling your car, and going out and buying a supercharged one. It's a lot less expensive and time consuming.

Take a look at the link that I will provide below, its a supercharger kit that is made for the base model 3800 v6. It makes about 5-6 psi and will give you around 60 hp. It is on the expensive side though, around $3,000. Hope this helps.

The engine is different in many ways compression ratio Intake manifold Engine wiring harness Transmission/Engine control module. While it can be done with a crashed donnor car A swap like that should be done by someone with L-67 engine experence and knows Pontiacs really well.

Rock guard/splash shield may still be attached to the engine/ bellhousing. There are two pilot pins between the two that kind of hang up sometimes. The torque converter will also be a tight fit on the recess of the crankshaft.

ALLOT!! you need to first have the tranny built up to take the increase in power because the supercharged 3800 V6's come from the factory with beefed up 4T65E transmissions you will also need to get forged pistons rods and crank shaft and finally the engines sensors will have to be changed to operate under boost conditions and you will have to get the computer reprogrammed.

If you have the base GP it probably has the 3100 (or 3400) engine, which is really a base motor, and not worthy of hopping up. If you have the $ to do engine mods, look for a low-mile V8GP. They're really fast, the leather is cool, they do not look like a rental, and you can almost HEAR them depreciate. That's a better use of your budget than working on a rent-a-car motor.
