Why would an investment firm downgrade a company then upgrade 10 days later?

This is what Davenport did to AMSWA. Some fishy maybe illegal going on?

not fishy or illegal its market senitment but be wary of this stock it had a hard pullback recently but increaded it's dividend payout this year (which is probably why the change of attitude in the stock) this is why you dig into the company look around see whats up (or down) with it.

Money is to be made and they cant do it if a stock just sits there. More than likely Davenport hold AMSWA some where in their portfolio and are coming up with some bull upgrade to promote this stock.
