I recently bought an Xps 210 desktop for my room, I'm not a seriously intense gamer but i do like playing 3-d games on them. Will my Intel Duo core (2Ghz, 800Mhz) be fast enough to play things like racing simulators? And if it isn't can i change the processor to something faster with more Ghz?

P.s. I have 2 Gigs of RAM

You should be able to run those games if you have a decent graphics card.

See top answer^

A computer with a 200 mhz processor with 128 MB of RAM with an nVidia 8800 GTS SLI can play 3D games (<- Maybe...I've never tried it :P)

A computer with the lastest processor and loads of RAM running a crappy 'Integrated' graphics chip can't.

Try it! I might work just fine. Don't worry about swapping CPU's, your video card is the weakest link.

You dont need to change the processor

You have enough ram

Now all we have to worry about is the video card.....is it good enough?
