What should we do with them. You can't cure them, they are not human or any other speices of this planet. They are an aboination, a freek of nature. The reason I'm asking this is they let these guy go only after a few years or months

They usually are incureable of their lusts so chemical castration or life imprisonment/death penalty is the only solution to keep children safe. They can never repay a lost innocence of a child or the mental anguish they impart.

Castration via the banding method. You know, when a tight band is placed around them to stop blood flow and eventually they turn black and fall off!
