Sachin himself agreed by saying "I am physically weak. And Mentally Strong." And if you watch the recent matches, the bowlers who get the wicket of Sachin are not celebrating like they celebrate Yuvraj's wicket... Sachin's days are already over..
Ganguly is really a strong person. He was thrown out of the team for more than 2 years... Anyone who face this problem might think of retirement. But he proved himself in ranji. And get himself into the team...
Dravid is a consistent player.. No one knows why he is playing miserably nowadays..
But the team will be more strong when all the seniors and grand-seniors are thrown out..

YES! I suggest they SHOULD RETIRE GRACEFULLY before they are humilitated by media or cricket board as was in the case of Saurav Ganguli. I respect all the three players but its time they sense the warning. Their body language in the matches against Australia DOES NOT leave a very good impression. This is just a suggestion, rest lies on their personal descretion...

In the absence of other contempory contenders, these three have become theTriumvirate of Indian cricket!
Their latest scores are far behind their historic achievements in the distant past.
Cricket is a live game and mummies have no place on the field.
They should 'retire' gracefully instead of being pushed out unceremoniously.

I think if they can perform well they can continue for a year or two and then retire. By that time the talent of youngsters should be assessed and should be given match experience and international exposure by following rotation policy.

Every one is saying they have to retire but first tell have we have any single person who have half capability as they have
sachin is called god bcoz of his runs
ravid is called gr8 wall bcoz of his stability
ganguly is famous for killin instinct
have any other player is famous like them
and maintained there form as they have
bad form is like a weather which come in every sportsman career then we have to sport them not to kick them
SO THEY DONT NEED RETIREMENT

They can continue in Tests.
As far as ODIs is considered Dravid can continue for sometime. But he made things difficult for him with his untimely stepping down from captaincy.
