i want to know why another college want take my credits

Some schools are tricky about accepting other schools credits. The credits that one school will accept another school might not. Check with the school you are transferring to about accepting the credits or why they won't accept them.

Do you mean won't take your credits? Not all credits are transferrable. Depends on the school they're from and how they are accredited, and also on the content of the courses - the new school gets to decide what they'll accept.

Some colleges will not accept credits from elsewhere if they don't offer a similar course or if they feel that the other college is not up to their standards.

You mean won't take your credits? Or why they want to take your credits?
Either way, consult with your admissions office for the answer to that question.
