I'm sure for every couple it is different so I can only speak for myself...once or twice a day...add kids to that equation and it drops to 4 times a week...

As Christians we dedicate ourselves to God in a way that we believe that all He has is 'good' for us. As humans we can see the consequences of pre-marital sex as you stated, single moms and also spread of disease. On an emotional level, there is a bond that forms that's very sensitive, and most adults know about it and is a big part of why they don't want their young persons having sex, becuz it can hurt so deeply when things don't work out. There's just a big responsibility there that required commitment to another person which can really interfere with the progress of their lives. Alot of 'entertwining", i don't know how else to describe it. But on a spiritual level (and that's where Christians differ from atheists), we believe there is an entertwining of souls which cannot be undone. So you're 'connected' to all your partners for life! And i think girls especailly feell this and that really messes with our self esteem. Not saying guys don't get affected by it, but i think girls are more sensitive to it. Anyway, marriage is Gods prerequisite for sex, in marriage two souls become one, and that is the ultimate commitment between two humans, which sets a sound foundation for trusting your "heart" to another. Being married doesn't mean nothing can go wrong, being human we are not perfect. But if we did follow Gods rules perfectly, no one would be hurt. So if we follow the 'marriage' rule, and also follow the "don't divorce" rule, and also follow 'no adultery" rule, you can see where that leads......

vague. How long were they together before the marriage? need more info than what your giving.
It depends on how stressful the wedding was, Drama in the family, work, kids etc.
Don't assume anything or take things personal I have been in a relationship for 5 years and things do slow down. Its up to the people in the relationship to get creative. (Not Pushy)
Good luck

It really depends on the Couple and if both have high sex drives. My Fiance and I have been together for 6 years now, and Both of us are in our 50's (Yes 50 People). WE enjoy Sex at least twice a week and it always leaves us looking forward to the next time. Sex is so much better and fullfilling when you Love and care about the other Person's feelings and want to please each other...

That will vary. It depends on the couple and, in part, whether or not they were sexually active prior to marriage.
Whatever works for the two of them, is fine.

As much as they want to be. That is a personal decision between each two people involved in a marriage. That is the reason for a "honeymoon".

There is a theory that if you put a marble in a jar everytime you have sex during the 1st year of marriage, it will take you the rest of your life to empty the jar by removing a marble each time you have sex after the 1st year.
