I am taking Adivert for Vertigo, and now have breast tenderness. This is not mentioned in the side effects.

No, meclizine is an antihistamine. Breast tenderness is not a side effect of any anti-histamine. Feel for lumps, bumps, heat, redness. Check nipples for discharge. Breasts can get tender for a variety of reasons from hormones during monthly cycles to inflammation of the glands or lymph nodes. Feel your neck for enlarged lymph nodes and note any other symptoms and see your doctor. If this is a new symptom that lasts for more than a week, I would suggest getting checked out. Good luck. In the meantime, an anti-inflammatory med such as ibuprofen and heat from the shower may ease your discomfort.
