No wonder people get addicted to y/a. I've been perplexed, lmao, terrified, sad and joyful reading QA's. Some people push their opinion about some thing, and they keep posting same boring questions over and over ! While some answers have no use except earning points?!This one slick member of the family, quickly blocks the answers he doesn't like, so you won't be able to see your answer, or post one for smart a*s, by doing so he is creating a net work of fan's that will never challenge him? wasn't Saddam doing the same thing eliminating all opponents? Cheating to get points, well i guess it runs in his family?
One of the top contributors, has 52% best answers but she is completely blocked and u can send a message either. Some times i want to scream, when this gifted character post some totally stupid and way off comment, and there is nothing i can do just forget about it?
Finally this one guy thinks we should bomb Mecca to retaliate terrorists??!! and he is very serious about it?? May be he thinks Mecca is like Pentagon for terrorist?? lmao
Have you seen any thing amazing on this comedy/freak show?

I thin you do not know Ya to appreciate it.is it not like that beauty which every one wants to marry but cannot - nor ever will? Why? It has some "Divine"some specialities they call "gifts of nature"- this is the view of many and each is right there to have his or her view as you have yours. Agree. This is what we call "democracy real " ( careful not real democracy !)at humanity and only found on this forum.Should you be reminded that all variety make sup this world and Ya is but a "server "of that mixed and conflicting humanity ?
However I appreciate your intervention and it contains much truth. There is more at this brand of truth to note if only you go back to visit the YA- Q&A?
No hard feelings against any, please !Only think life is a comedy which cannot be explained yet-only played as each gets its meaning!

I agree, do you realize how much time you would need to spend on here to reach level 7? It took me a year to get to level 6 and I think I spent way to much time in the process. What kind of person has the time to be on here all the time? They are either ignoring their job (or school) of they don't have a job. And I agree that if you are going to play, you should be subject to receiving comments.

That said, this is the one place that some of us are able to express our opinions. I am Conservative, and I am forbidden by my boss from talking about politics, but Liberal in my office are not, so if I were to respond to their ranting, I could be punished (bet you can guess my boss's political ideology). Oh and her rationale is that I have a degree in Public Policy and others don't so I would always win the arguments (fortunately my friends also realize this and know not to engage me, my girlfriend also has forbidden me from talking about anything political).

totally agree. YA certainly brings out the zealots with misguided agendas. And you are right, since they can block any answers they don't like, the only answers you'll see are ones that already agree with what they believe in. Preaching to the converted.
But, I have no problem answering zealot questions -- if they are fanatical enough to waste their points asking the question, I still get 2 points for answering -- whether they block my answer or not! :)

If yahoo would fix their bogus reporting system, I would leave my Q/A's open. I have lost accounts due to those who have multiple profiles, looking up my past Q/A 's and reporting them. As I said I am waiting for yahoo (to this day ) to justify its bogus suspension of my (3) previous accounts.

Here is an example: I asked "should Bush be impeached"?
The multiple pro-filers of right wing persuasion Know if they use 5 of their profiles on the "report " button the question gets deleted, this is also true of answers. So the blame lies much with Yahoo itself.
