How do you answer the question of..." mom how come you have such great kids??" My daughter asked me that this morning and i gave it some thought?? What do you think is the true blessing today to having great children??? They truly are a blessing to me!(and they are teenagers)

How extraordinarily fortunate you are. To answer the question fairly, is it not the case that you chose an excellent mate with whom to mix genes?
Once the male genetic contribution was made, is it not the case that an excellent environment for bearing and rearing children was either provided or somehow made available?
These are the factors that go together to make happy families, so I respectfully suggest that your children are not your only blessing, important though they may be. Lurking in the background, and, it seems, not even worth a mention, there must be a father who shares responsibility at least for starting the process.

This is so true. My two children are also pretty great. I mean they do good in school, they don't talk back, they don't drink or smoke and they are as respectful as teenagers can be in this day and age. It feels good and we should all give ourselves a pat on the back.

Most kids learn how to behave from their parents. If your kids are a blessing to you, it is a wonderful compliment of you. You are a blessing to them. I hope your family grows and prospers for all generations to come.

we it's an honor for a child to say that, knowing what you have done to be an succeed as a parent. well i have one son who is 16 and my husband and i make sure that he is taken care of with what he wants and need as a child. my son just don't understand how hard it is in the world today and to be a success, you can't tell him anything he thinks he knows it all but he really don't. i just wish for one chance that he could say mom i really appreciate what you have done and i really look up to you because you made me a better person.
