Annabelle, don't think about the sad times of the life...remember the good things. I'm sure that everyone had a time in their life when they wished that they were not alive, but in the long run, it turned out for the best. I have had times like that, and now looking back try to imagine what life would have been otherwise, and see now that the path I took is the best one. The other way, life would have also gone on, but would have been different. Any way you look at it, the pain and the hurt is not worth it, and there is always a future.

I rather look back and tell myself that I've been crazy to wept over such loser. Because if it won't happen, then I will regret it for the rest of my life being hook-up with such kind of guy.

Humans are born to forget, so they suffer, then their brain can not stand holding bad memories for ever, so they start to shift it to the dark side of their mind. The lost love is a step in the maturity process, and emotional exercise, you have to lose love to feel the "Lose". you would never know if it was worth unless you continue to find out where it ends, but if this "continuation" may hold you back from a greater "Love" you deserve. I say live the moment: Love, Cry, forget, love again.

I lost mine to his untimely death...so I cannot quantify or qualify the worth of the agony and heartache that I went through...

But, for the rest of the jerks and losers, definitely not worth the agony and heartache - not even worth a single teardrop.... it's more like a sigh of relief and good riddance.

No, not really. Which only means to say that it wasn't really love, or maybe it was, it's hard to say. Bottomline is, I am over it.

Looking back, I only realize what a fool i was to believe that someone like him would really care for me. I believe he is still pushing his existence in to my life-in an anomalous manner- but that is just a belief.

Looking back, i can't get over tthe amount of respect I always had for him, only to find out he is a very immoral, unethical and the dumbest genius i have ever seen.

If people walked in actual love, there might by no potential be any heartaches.. actual love is unconditional and while people say i such as you "IF" you do this or do this or in case you look this manner or that way, or in case you take care of me this manner...Their love is only according to situations and that's why hearts get broken and relationships shipwrecked..

I have never loved a loser (I choose rather well) so when I lost my love then (we were young, and her family was leaving to resettle in a foreign land) it was like thw whole world was crashing in on me.

Fortunately, I outgrew it and it helped that I found another person who mended my broken heart.

guess i'm one of the lucky few who are happily married to their first love.

nevertheless, this line from a poem summarizes my point:

IT IS BETTER TO HAVE LOVED AND LOST THAN NEVER TO HAVE LOVED AT ALL
