Just gave you a star for you made a good point. I believe that those women who claim that, are just full of hang ups and try to hide their frustration behind that lie. I'm a beautiful, intelligent woman and men NEVER EVER avoided me. Those women are definitely not intelligent at all.

I am intelligent and have been in lots of relationships. They did not work before not because I don't have a great body but I did not realize it takes two not one for a relationship to work.
No matter how hard I worked on myself the people I was with did not do anything. My first husband wanted me to "work full time go to school and take care of him". His exact words, truth is if the man cannot make himself happy (same goes for the women) then the relationship will never work.
One person is not responsible for the other persons happiness.

Even if they have the brains and knowledge to keep a man who avoids intelligent women happy, they would never stoop to act in such a way. They would rather wait for the right man than accommodate someone who needs to be "kept happy" by his girlfriend in such a way as to deny her own intelligence.

If the man doesn't marry a smart woman, how does he know how she would be. Besides it isn't just the woman's job to make a relationship work. It takes two to tango. Besides I've seen smart women that were very nice and dumb women that were b-tches. I knew a woman whose boyfriend threw a fit, just because she did better on a math test than he did. So don't try to say it's because intelligent women are *******.

Men are intimidated by intelligence in the work place from men or in love with a female he hates her always coming up with the correct answer even if he knows it also he competes at work and in society he does not wish to be at a competition when he wants to have a drink and have control in his castle as they put it and be able with his intel and brawn to have his mate cook him a meal then get ready for his primal urge to procreate or at least immediate gratification for his sexual desire, he has been brought up in society that has instilled in his being that he is the master or king of his castle as they say.
