i picked up many hitchhikers and never regretted it

Never pick-up a hitchhiker, was taught not to parents always have put the fear in me that hitchhikers are bad people , which is so lame cause maybe they just need to get somewhere, and do not have a ride. But I guess in todays world it is not safe due to all the idiots out there.

I truely think that nowadays when you have children you have to tell them not to pick anyone up a hitchiker especially , because , maybe about 20 years ago , you would of picked up anyone you saw along the road , But into days socitory, things are not looking to good , especially if the driver in the car is on her own . i advise my children not to pick anyone up ,

Yes, they tried robbing me but it didn't work. I have picked up many, Just one bad experience. I never pick one up if I am alone though.

My sister did.. she didn't realize how stupid it was until she dropped the girl off... realizing that she was by herself and allowed this person to be in her car of whom she did not know and she could have been killed!
