switch your energy saver to OFF
this will turn the heater mullions on inside the ice box and stop the condensation

a glass of ice water sweats on the outside because of humidity in the room
an ice box is just like a glass of icewater
it will get water on the outside. that is why heater mullions are placed inside the shell.on months when the humidity is low and condensation is not a problem ,you can run your ice box on ENERGY SAVER if you live in a swamp like me.you need to leave the energy saver OFF. The outer case will feel hot to the touch. That is the heaters working.

The problem is cold air from inside the refrigerator meeting warm air in the room. Your refrigerator is acting as a dehumidifier.
Some refrigerators have a condensation switch inside the unit to prevent this. Check your manual or look for it just below the freezer.

you have a leak in one of your seals on your door...the hot air and cold are are mixing and causing the frost...just run your hand around the door seals and you will feel the cold air coming out...and you can buy replacement seals for them.
