good philosophy.
one way to put inot practice is to look for a solution when facing a problem. instead of worrying, look for a solution. channel the energy into solving the problem rather than worrying about it.

I think good philosophy, you can't extend one second of a day by worrying so why worry at all, theres no point in it....

Without doubt if you could achieve it, good philosophy. Back it up with this, it kept me from going mental many times.
'if you have a problem, think about it, do something about it, and forget it.' I'm so glad to be retired.
