My thigh measures around 24.5 CM using the measuring tape. Can I wear skinnies? Black skinnies of course. I'm really kin to wear one of those but I'm afraid I won't look good and will be laugh by others when I step out of the house wearing them. =(

Skinnies really cling to your skin and they show every roll, lump and curve. If you don't mind people seeing all of your rolls, lumps and curves, then go for it.
Personally, I'd wear something less clingy.

Try some on and look at how they look..if you are uncomfortable in them then don't..the most important thing is if you are comfortable wearing it out in public.

Try them on in a shop.. If you like the, buy them, if you don't, then at least you'll know =]
Remember to look at yourself at all angles in the mirror.. =]

Fat chicks in skinny anythings can't be good. You can't fit 10 lbs. of flour in a 5 lb. sack.
