He is staying in my house. My dad rented him a room. Ok He is SUPER EXTRA ANNOYING!!!!!! I hate him. He is just so nosy. He snoops into my drawers and borrows things from my pencil case without my permission. And when I am watching TV he talks seriously loudly on the phone on purpose!!!! And then when I go to the kitchen for a snack he just takes the remote from the table and turns to his stupid, lame, boring channel!!! I mean can't I watch my favourite programme in peace. Sometimes I am really kind to him and let him watch his seriously lame tv show for like 5 hours. Then when I ask the remote back (cuz my tv show is on) he just makes up ridiculous excuses just so that he could watch is lame channel all night. And all I can do is sit down and watch it with him. And that is not all. When I put food on the table so that I can eat it tomorrow he takes it and gobbles it down. I mean like hello need to EAT!!!! please help me I seriously don't know what to do cuz this man bugs me alot!!!!!

Talk to your Dad about this. If he's living in your house, and paying rent, then there should be some rules put in place.
First off, he's not to eat your food, unless he plans on buying it. He must respect your space, even though he has the run of the house. (I won't even mention the illegalities of this; however, unless your dad can claim him as a family member, or he's just a "friend" camping out..well, it's an illegal living situation...you really don't have any rights as a landlord, and your dad's "friend" could end of suing you!)
By-passing that, talk to your dad. This guy is taking advantage of both you, and your dad. Your Father should be aware of this guys behavior.

If your father or mother is not at home to talk to, you might need to talk to someone you can trust at school. You need to have a parent there with you, if not, this is not a good situation for a young lady to be left in. See if your teacher or a school counselor or nurse can help you.

Sounds like a lazy jerk to me. Talk to your dad about it. Tell him about all the stuff he does. If he wont do anything about it, tell the man to stop and leave you alone. If he doesn't or if it gets worse, do the same thing to him that he does to you (if you can).
